Andrew is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and specialises in providing Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys, as well as residential and commercial valuations. He is also a RICS certified ECO Assessor for hard to treat properties under the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO), the new domestic energy efficiency programme. Andrews comprehensive experience is underpinned by an MSc in Commercial Property management from Liverpool John Moores University and BSc from the University of Reading. A former pupil of Kirkham GS, he still occasionally turns out for Fylde rugby club when his hamstrings permit.

 

Jonathan Clayton, Director - BSc FRICS Chartered Surveyor

With over 25 years experience in the property sector, Jonathan is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and specialises in valuation, agency and residential survey services across the Fylde Coast and the Ribble Valley. Jonathan completed his professional qualifications at Sheffield University, attaining a BSc in Urban Land Economics in 1982 before qualifying as a chartered surveyor. He became a partner at Bentley Higgs Chartered Surveyors in 1993, with a focus on valuations and surveys for both residential and commercial properties. He has worked with clients ranging from the major clearing banks and building societies through to smaller private individuals.
